Cari ospiti, vi ringraziamo per gli svariati messaggi di supporto e affetto che stiamo ricevendo da tutti voi. Vogliamo rassicurarvi che per il momento stiamo tutti bene, sia noi che tutti i membri dello staff e le rispettive famiglie.
Non vogliamo né siamo in grado di dare pareri medici riguardo ciò che sta succedendo, in quanto non è il nostro campo. Possiamo solo dirvi che, in questo periodo di quarantena e isolamento, passiamo le giornate chiusi in hotel a sistemare con ancora più affetto, pulire con ancora più scrupolosità, dipingere con ancora più precisione… La nostra grande consolazione è passare le ore preparando l’hotel per quando questo incubo sarà finito e potremo nuovamente accogliervi con il sorriso. In quel momento, avremo bisogno di voi per fare ripartire sia la nostra attività sia il nostro bellissimo Paese, che siamo sicuri si rialzerà anche grazie al vostro aiuto.
Fino ad allora, vi terremo aggiornati su qualsiasi novità.

Dear guests, we thank you for all the messages of support that we are receiving daily from you all.
Until now both Elia and I and our staff and families are doing well. 
We don’t want to give medical opinions regarding what is happening right now in Italy, as this is not our field.
We can only ensure you that in this period of isolation we spend our days inside the hotel, getting ready for the season with even more affection, cleaning with even more precision, painting with even more enthusiasm… Our biggest consolation is to spend hours preparing the hotel for the moment in which this nightmare will be over and we will be able to welcome you again with a smile on our faces. When this will finally happen, we will need you and your cooperation to make our business and our beautiful country rise up again.
